When you want to order a product. you have the option to add this product to your shopping cart. In your shopping cart you have an overview of the products you have added.
After adding, you can continue shopping until you have all the products. All these products can be added to your shopping cart. You can of course change or remove products from your shopping cart later.
Confirm order and pay
You can enter your details so that we know where the order should be delivered. When you have made the payment you will receive a confirmation of your order. Your order will then be processed.
You have 3 payment options. You can pay via i-Deal, Paypal or credit card.
Shipping & delivery time
There are 3 options. In stock, on backorder and sold out.
Delivery time stock
If we have the product in stock, this will be indicated when selecting the product.
Our aim is to ship a product from stock the same day or a day later. In this case the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
Product on backorder
If a product is on backorder, we will order it from the supplier. Normally, the delivery time is a maximum of 2 weeks. Sometimes an item is already on order and we can deliver it faster. Questions about availability and delivery times can be asked via the chat icon at the bottom left of our website.
Out of stock
Sometimes a product is sold out. In that case, the product cannot be delivered at that time and cannot be reordered.
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, which starts on the day of receipt of the product. Returning the order is only possible when the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are for your account. The purchase amount would be credited to you within 14 days. Returns can easily be done through us return form (see end of general terms and conditions).
TheGarrison.nl reserves the right to cancel an order as a result of an incorrect price in the website.
The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with paying back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you have experienced it. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint by e-mail to the customer contact department by e-mail.
