We currently do not have a physical store. Therefore it is only possible to order online. We understand that it is sometimes difficult. Because in some cases it is easy to fit and feel. That is why we use free shipping and returns.

Let us advise you via the chat which size suits you best or use the size tool to calculate your size. You can then order that size and try it on at home. When it subsequently turns out that the size is not correct or the product is not right. You can return the product free of charge. Do you have a 3-piece suit found which one you want to order but is it just sold out in your size? Hmm.. Bales. A suit that is sold out with us often does not come back in stock in the short term. But do not be sad. When a suit is no longer available, we usually look for a comparable model in terms of color, structure of the fabric, etc. Is your suit that you have fallen in love with by now, so sold out. Can't find it and want help? no problem, our customer service is happy to help you with the perfect suit and can offer you beautiful alternatives. 🙂

Look between the (New Suits) category. Often there are the new alternatives for the sold-out suits.

Questions about Size advisor

It is of course possible that you have doubts about our Size advisor on the site.
When in doubt, we always recommend ordering two sizes, for example. Suppose there is a size 48/M from the Size advisor and you always have a size 46/S? De suit & suit size calculation always seems like a chore. But with our size tool you can calculate your size easily and quickly by means of your height and weight. Stock & reorder

If we have the item(s) you ordered in stock and you ordered before 23:59, it will be packed and shipped the next working day at the latest.

Do we have item(s) not in stock but available? Then an average delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. We aim to deliver your order within 2 weeks. If this is not possible, we will inform you by e-mail.

Shipping and returns

Yes, as a customer you are entitled to a right of withdrawal. When purchasing item(s), you have the right to return your purchase to us for 14 days without reason. This day starts as soon as the order has been sent to you. During this cooling-off period you will have to handle the item and the packaging with care. You may try on the item(s), but NOT use it. To create a return via our return portal, you need an order number and an email address with which the order was placed. Via the return portal you can choose how you want to return your order to us and what your wishes are. For example a voucher, money back, or exchange for another item or size. You can also download and print your return form here. You can then add this return form to your return. This way it is clear in our warehouse what we have to do with your return. You can also download and print the return label (shipping label) here. You can then stick this on your packaging and take it to the drop-off point of the carrier you have selected.

Once we have received your return, we will process your return within 3 working days. In most cases, your return will be processed the day after receipt. Due to crowds, this can sometimes take up to 3 days.
As soon as you have opted for a refund of the purchase amount, you will receive the money on average 1 to 2 working days after processing your return on the payment method with which you paid. If you ordered through Klarna, the invoice will be adjusted for you within 5 working days. Klarna does adjust the invoice. If this takes a little longer, we recommend that you contact Klarna.

Delivery time of an item from stock

If we have the product in stock, this will be indicated when selecting the product.

Our aim is to ship a product from stock the same day or a day later. The delivery time is in this case 1 to 2 working days.
